Training Networks — Website Terms & Booking Terms

1. About us

Training Networks is a trading name of The Business Networking Group Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

If you need to contact us, please email  info@trainingnetworks.uk .

2. These terms

These terms apply to:

  • your use of our website and any accounts you create; and
  • bookings you make with us for training courses and related services.

By using our website or booking a course, you agree to these terms.

3. Eligibility (18+ only)

Our courses and services are available to individuals aged 18 or over only.

4. Website use

You agree that you will:

  • provide accurate information when making enquiries or bookings
  • not misuse our website (including attempting to gain unauthorised access, introduce malware, or disrupt the site)
  • keep any login details secure (where applicable)

We may suspend or restrict access to the website (or your account) if we reasonably believe there has been misuse.

5. Prices, listings and availability

  • Course dates, locations, availability and prices shown on our website may change.
  • A booking is only confirmed once payment is received (or where applicable, once we confirm acceptance of an alternative payment method in writing).

6. Bookings, payments and finance

6.1 Payment methods

We may offer payment methods including card payments and (where available) instalment/finance options.

6.2 Finance / instalments (including PayItMonthly)

If you choose to pay using a third-party finance provider:

  • your finance agreement is between you and the finance provider
  • withdrawing from a finance agreement does not automatically cancel your course booking with us
  • any refund request remains subject to our refund policy and your statutory rights

7. Entry requirements and learner responsibilities

Some courses (especially regulated security/SIA training) have strict entry requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring you meet all requirements stated on the course page and in joining instructions, including (where applicable):

  • bringing acceptable photo ID and required proof of address
  • completing required pre-learning
  • meeting required English standards
  • providing any required evidence of first aid certification

If you do not meet entry requirements, you may be refused entry and no refund will be due (see our refund policy).

8. Course delivery, assessments and outcomes

  • We will deliver training to the required standard for the qualification/course.
  • Passing exams/assessments is not guaranteed and depends on your performance.

9. Changes to courses by Training Networks

We may need to make changes to a course (for example: venue, trainer, timetable, or course date) due to operational reasons.

Where changes are required, we will provide you with a choice (where reasonably possible), such as:

  • transferring you to an alternative date/location, or
  • providing a refund in line with our refund policy.

10. Refunds, cancellations and transfers

Refunds, cancellations and transfers are governed by our separate policy:

  • Refunds, Cancellations, Transfers & Entry Requirements Policy

If there is any conflict between these terms and the refund policy, the refund policy will apply to refunds/cancellations/transfers.

11. Third-party fees (awarding bodies, exams, certification)

Some courses include third-party costs (for example awarding body registration, exams, certification, or other processing fees).

Where these costs have already been incurred or processed, they may be non-refundable. This is reflected in our refund policy.

12. Intellectual property

All content on our website (including text, graphics, logos, and course materials) is owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute our content without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above:

  • we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control
  • we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses

14. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us at  info@trainingnetworks.uk  and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

15. Privacy

Our use of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
